Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation. You can register with your email and password, or sign up quickly using Google. Choose your preferred plan (Free, Pro, or Premium) during signup.
Can I try the app without creating an account?
Yes! Use our Guest Mode to explore and chat with all three AI companions (Soul, Heart, and Mind) without signing up. Note that conversations in Guest Mode are not saved.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password.
AI Companions
What are Soul, Heart, and Mind?
These are three AI companions, each reflecting a different aspect of your inner self. Soul explores deeper patterns and unconscious motivations. Heart focuses on emotions, relationships, and vulnerability. Mind brings clarity, structure, and actionable insights.
How do I start a conversation with an AI companion?
From your dashboard, click on any AI companion card (Soul, Heart, or Mind). Then click "New Chat" to begin a conversation. Simply type your thoughts and the AI will respond with personalized insights.
Are my conversations saved?
Yes, all conversations with AI companions are automatically saved to your account. You can access your full conversation history anytime from each companion's page.
Can I continue a previous conversation?
Absolutely! Each AI companion page shows your past conversations. Click on any conversation to continue where you left off.
Diary & Entries
How do I create a diary entry?
Click "New Entry" from your dashboard or diary page. Give your entry a title, write your thoughts in the text editor, and click "Save Entry" when you're done.
What does "Analyze with AI" do?
After writing a journal entry, click "Analyze with AI" to receive insights from our AI. It will help identify emotional patterns, underlying feelings, and psychological insights based on what you've written.
Can I edit or delete my entries?
Yes. From your diary page, click on any entry to view it. Use the edit button to modify your entry or the delete button to remove it permanently.
How do I search my past entries?
Your diary page includes a search bar and filters. Search by title or content, filter by date range (today, this week, this month), or sort alphabetically or by date.
Subscriptions & Billing
What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes up to 5 diary entries per month, 10 AI responses per month, and access to all three AI companions. No credit card required.
What do I get with Pro or Premium?
Pro ($12.99/month) gives you unlimited diary entries and AI conversations. Premium ($22.99/month) includes everything in Pro, plus AI agents that adapt to your patterns over time for enhanced personalization.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to your Profile page and scroll to the Subscription section. Click "Upgrade" to select a new plan and complete payment through our secure checkout.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In your Profile page, click "Manage Plan" in the Subscription section. This opens your billing portal where you can cancel or modify your subscription.
Where can I view my invoices?
Your Profile page shows your billing history with all past invoices. You can view or download PDF invoices for each payment.
Privacy & Security
Is my data private?
Absolutely. All your diary entries, conversations, and personal information are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We never share your data with third parties.
Why was I logged out automatically?
For your security, the app automatically logs you out after 1 hour of inactivity. Simply log back in to continue where you left off.
How do I change my password?
Go to your Profile page and find the "Privacy & Security" section. Enter your current password and your new password to update it.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. In your Profile page, scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account" in the Danger Zone section. This will permanently delete all your entries, conversations, and personal data.
Account & Profile
How do I update my profile?
Go to your Profile page to update your name, bio, and preferences. Changes are saved automatically when you click outside the field or press save.
What notification preferences can I control?
In your Profile, you can toggle Email Notifications, AI Insights updates, Weekly Summaries, and Marketing Emails according to your preferences.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes! Your account syncs across all devices. Log in on any device to access your entries, conversations, and preferences.
