1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Bramera, MB ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Your Soul Echo website and services.

By accessing the website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in the courts of Šiauliai, Lithuania, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

• The right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (Right of Withdrawal);

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
